Babysitting: Paid for locally and 24-hours notice is required. In addition to an hourly rate, you may be required to cover the travel costs of the babysitter, particularly if you plan to stay out late.

Children's Club: Available for 4 to 12 yr olds, Monday to Friday (except public holidays), by request only.

Accommodation: There is not sufficient space in the Beachfront Rooms to accommodate children. All other room categories will accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults plus 2 children. Interconnecting Standard, Superior and Poolside rooms are available upon request.

Eating out - Guests are welcome to dine out at one Rex's other resorts in Antigua and the staff at reception will be happy to make a reservation for you. Try the Heron restaurant at Blue Heron or Il Vigento su Mare at Hawksbill, specialising in Italian cuisine and lobster. Reservations are essential, as the restaurant does not open every night.

Evening dress code - For dinner (smart-casual), and men must wear collared shirts and long trousers in all bars and restaurants in the evening. Please feel free to wear t-shirts, shorts and beach wraps at breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea.

Hotel Update: The hotel has recently implemented a non-smoking policy throughout hotel including bedrooms, restaurants and most public areas.
